Abstract

This work is an invitation to the reader to think together the hip-hop cultural movement as a contemporary art and tool of teaching and social transformation and the creative processes of rap construction and the concepts that surround their constructions, along with their possible displacement to field of education. It is in this context that the concept that surrounds the Rhymer-Educator-Reseacher act is presented articulating the rhymer - one who creates music, improvises, verses and poems, transmits the message and also receives it - the educator - the one who teaches and learns in a joint way, uses the scientific and empirical pedagogy - and the researcher - the one who uses his experience, goes to the field seeks to give depth to his knowledge, investigates, searches and collects data through readings, interviews, and other techniques to get what you need. In this sense, the Rhymer-Educator-Researcher articulates through the hyphen.

André Marques Gomes, Universidade Federal de Pelotas

Graduação em Artes Visuais Bacharelado pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG sob a orientação da prof.Dra. Teresa Lenzi no ano de 2014. Graduação em Artes Visuais Licenciatura pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG sob a orientação da Prof. Vivian Pulitsch no ano de 2016. Mestrando em Artes Visuais pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes Visuais PPGAV da Universidade Federal de Pelotas - UFpel. Atualmente é oficineiro de Hip hop no projeto BGV rolézinhos pela Secretaria Municipal de Cidadania e Assistência Social da cidade de Rio Grande/RS. Tem interesse e desenvolve pesquisas sobre educação, estudos culturais, história da arte, arte urbana, música     e     produção audiovisual.

Larissa Patron Chaves, Universidade Federal de Pelotas

Professora Associada do Centro de Artes da Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Possui Graduação em Artes Visuais pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas (1995), Mestrado em História pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2002), Doutorado em História pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2008), com período de atuação em estágio de doutoramento na Universidade do Porto (Portugal) entre os anos de 2005 e 2006 e Pós Doutorado em História, pelo Centro de Investigação em Ciência Política da Universidade de Évora, Portugal (2019).
