Abstract

The article seeks to understand the trajectory and poetics of Cláudio Santoro from the precepts listed by Mikhail Bakhtin, about art.  It evaluates the influence of the composer’s political involvement on his artistic making, during the nationalist period of his work. We adopt as specific methodological bases essays of Bakhtin, in addition to researches of different authorship, such as Formentão (2010), Salgado (2010), Amadio (2015), etc.

Author Biographies

Andressa Zoi Nathanailidis, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo

Possui graduação em Comunicação Social/ Jornalismo pela Universidade Vila Velha (2006), graduação em Direito pela Universidade Vila Velha (2003), graduação em Bacharelado em Música/ habil.Piano pela Faculdade de Música do Espírito Santo (2004), mestrado em Letras pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2009) e doutorado em Letras pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2014). Atualmente é professora da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Tem experiência na área de Letras, sobremaneira nas àreas de Estudos culturais e Literatura Comparada.

Fabricio Moreira, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo

Possui graduação em Bacharel em Música- piano pela FAMES (2003). De 2006 a 2010 estudou no Vienna Konservatorium, em Viena, Áustria. É mestre em Artes pelo PPGA/UFES (2023) e doutorando pelo mesmo programa (2024). Atua como professor de piano e pianista acompanhador na FAMES.
