BARREIRAS NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE INOVAÇÃO SOCIAL

UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DO NÚCLEO EXTENSIONISTA RONDON (NER-UDESC)

Resumo

O estudo tem como objetivo identificar barreiras no desenvolvimento de inovação social, a partir do Núcleo Extensionista Rondon (NER-UDESC). Em uma abordagem qualitativa, realizaram-se entrevistas e grupos focais com atores envolvidos no projeto. Os resultados apontam diversas barreiras no desenvolvimento de inovação social, como a escassez de recursos financeiros, falta de engajamento do poder público, falta de apoio institucional, arranjos interorganizacionais limitados, lacunas de conhecimento e comunicação, resistência à mudança, e limitações de recursos físicos e de pessoal. Considerando o potencial do NER-UDESC em ser um instrumento para criar conexões duradouras com os municípios, viabilizando a integração universidade-sociedade, espera-se que este estudo possa auxiliar os formuladores e decisores políticos na tomada de decisões, estimulando o desenvolvimento de políticas, colaborações intersetoriais e modelos colaborativos em prol da inovação e bem-estar social.
