A Poética da Luz no Tempo e Espaço: Reflexões

A arquitetura exerce um impacto profundo na construção cultural da luz e da sombra, influenciando a forma como o indivíduo percebe e interage com o espaço. A luz não constitui apenas um fenómeno físico, mas também um elemento simbólico que pode moldar a consciência. Neste contexto, importa distinguir a luz enquanto entidade em si dos modos como ela é concebida, distribuída e aplicada nos ambientes construídos. Quando orientada por lógicas de controlo, produtividade ou excesso, particularmente no âmbito da iluminação artificial, a luz pode condicionar, afetar e interferir no bem-estar físico e mental. A relação entre arquitetura, luz e cérebro revela-se, assim, profunda e multifacetada. Espera-se que este ensaio, baseado numa revisão da literatura, constitua um contributo relevante para a reflexão crítica sobre a conceção da luz.
